Arcade Worx USA LLC terms of service. 

Return Policy: We accept returns in sellable condition in all original packaging within 14 days of purchase for refund of purchase price minus a 50% restocking fee, and minus shipping costs. Customer is responsible for all materials and costs related to return shipping. All returns must be authorized by ArcadeWorx USA first by phone or email.

Order Cancellation non-customized products: Customers may cancel an order within 24 hours, or before the CNC layout and or cutting process begins, whichever comes first. There is a 5% convenience fee for all approved order cancellations.

Order Cancellation customized products: Customers may cancel a customized product within 24 hours, or before the customization process begins, whichever comes first. There is a 5% convenience fee for all custom product cancellations.

Custom-made and special-order items: Due to the nature of our business, most of our products are customized to the customers request, and therefore are not returnable or refundable. If you have a question about which items are refundable or non-refundable, then please email us before making a purchase.

Shipping Policy: Arcade Worx USA LLC accepts no responsibility for any damages in transit. The customer MUST open and inspect our products before signing for the delivery. In the event that any of our arcade systems or kits arrive damaged, the customer must note the damage on the air bill, next to the customer’s signature.  Additionally, in the event of a damaged shipment the customer must open a claim with the shipper within 1 business day and cooperate with the claim process in a timely manner. The customer MUST provide pictures and dimensions of the damaged pieces, packaging, and any other damaged parts, and Arcade Worx USA LLC reserves the right to replace only the damaged pieces. The customer is responsible for providing the proper shipping address, and when a correction is needed after shipment, the customer is responsible for any additional fees charged by the shipper.

We reserve the right to change or update our terms as needed without notice. By placing an order with Arcade Worx USA LLC you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
